My first book, "Carmageddon: How Cars Make Life Worse and What to Do About It", just came out. It is about the history of how cars first ruined cities; how they are still ruining cities in Europe and America; how they are about to ruin even more cities in Asia and Africa; and what we need to do to stop it.

28 months after an elementary school teacher was killed on a dangerous road, #SanFrancisco transportation officials had yet to install the road diet they promised. So advocates did it for them.
The library has one of these books on order, and 9 holds on it locally. It's a good book that no one can easily right now. BUT, I did find an excellent price, for those of you who still READ #books.
