Thursday: 130 seconds of plank, 11 minutes of kettle bells, followed by 10 km of #running (-10°C with a windchill of -19°C, wind gusting to 41km/hr), and then picked up some groceries.
Breezy run, had to put on pants. Dusting of snow, with a fair bit of black ice. Not many people out, but I did see more cyclists than normal.
@askekammer The song is the first song I hear when I get to my computer. While running/walking I generally listen to podcasts, and if I finish the day's episodes (there can be a lot), I may switch over to an audiobook (like today) or to music if I'm “trying" to go fast. I have a high BPM playlist, but it's fairly short - I’ve been meaning to expand it, but never quite get around to it, as I usually then just jump into my “main" playlist with thousands of songs in it and skip the slow ones. 🤣
Thank you! I'll try one of those playlists on my long run this weekend. As much as I like and do use podcasts, they simply do not work for me for running.
