@Lee6 @s1m0n4 Recently I've been almost exclusively on audiobooks, but my attention definitely suffers when I've started a new book. I've wondered if it should be choosing music on those occasions.

But I cast no aspersions on team music... as this nomad wanders into that camp sometimes. It's kind of pendular for me, depending mostly on mood.

@Lee6 I’ve been running/walking on audio books for a number of years. Great for longer periods although I do alternate with music for some shorter, faster runs.
