In Hamilton, ran a segment of the Bruce Trail, 2 loops and some turnarounds to add distance. Turns out trail was a gentle uphill slope for 7.5km, and downhill for half. Also, it rained lol, glad I brought my coat. If I can power through these runs I can deal with motivation-dampening conditions. I’m happy with where I’m at stamina-wise, feeing confident.
