City on fire.
No fire trucks were responding. No sirens echoed through the streets, nor flashing lights filled the night with red and blue and white—only the blood orange of the city on fire. Madness had taken hold of Madre Pueda. Swarms of demons, black and blood-eyed beasts with human hands and human faces stampeded through the city, killing any living thing. Tearing men, dogs, women, children into bloody shreds and feeding on them.
—What always happen when the engineering class get as their final test the design of a weapon of reduced mass destruction. I don't know why the government still do that. They must pay for the damages, their public image is almost destroyed and the damn weapon is never used in actual combat. Why the hell do they start a forever war if the don't use the weapons they ask for and then they use it in our own country?
