The current Apple Watch trial ends in a mistrial. Now the FTC will likely spend several months deciding whether there should be a ban on the Apple Watch because Apple stole IP from another company.
Apparently, when you're a $2 TRILLION dollar brand, you can just steal tech, distribute it at a ridiculous scale, and then stall the legal process (while lobbying in DC) when it's time to pay for stealing that tech.
@SomeGadgetGuy But Apple is an Angel, they would never steal trade secrets 😇 just like they would never sell user data, stop user repair without a good reason, or make old devices slow so you buy a new one!
