Top AI companies including OpenAI, Alphabet and Meta Platforms have made voluntary commitments to the White House to implement measures such as watermarking AI-generated content to help make the technology safer, the Biden administration said on Friday.
This is like telling your grandpa you'll be in your best behavior at their house. And then when you're out of their sight, the shenanigans begins all the same.
This feel like theatre. We have to do something so lets make the public think that we did. The watermarks will be defeated in no time without addressing the valid concerns around AI.
