yes. I am sure many people feel that way ,once they discover it. Those people just say: block them individually. And they certainly know, it is not as effective as you will then believe. Yeah it's not nice. But there is a solution. Admins can turn on "authorized fetch." It makes the block waterthight. We need to do some advertising for it. Could save the fedi.
