@ikt Absolute mystery, tbh! Originally, when they made minimal default but before they added the expanded install option, one justification was that it would reduce the ISO size - which it did, but only by about 250MB, which isn't that huge overall. They also said minimal would “reduc[e] the time it takes for users to go from installation to productivity” but never explained how…

I have been using #Ubuntu since version 16.04. But I always prefer LTS versions and shall wait for 24.04.1 for upgrade. Anyway, I have watched the above video & as usual, I find it cool.
