Maand geleden 10 minuten gesprek gehad op school. Zoon herkende nog te weinig letters en moest daar echt op oefenen.

Nu begint hij ineens worden te lezen. En te schrijven ('ik', 'roos', 'vis').

Kind is net 5. Ik sta er van te kijken hoe ver ze inmiddels gaan in de kleuterklassen.

@stux for bigger stores maybe, but i know some stores that give legit discounts. Tweakers also keeps track of price spikes weeks before black friday, and its less then a thing then you think

Na twee maanden lang elke dag tussen de 11 en 12 uur te hebben geslapen ben ik weer beetje aan het aanleren om in meer nromale routine te komen voor ik volgende week weer start met werken

So. Three folks I follow are echoing pretty much the same sentiment I've been trying to express and are spending less time here.

I'll preface with a reminder that you may very well feel my opinions are bunk. I am a successful YouTuber, after all, with all the privileges that entails.

But here's the brass tacks: it's harder for me to be here comfortably than it was on the birdsite. And to be honest, I think Mastodon's always gonna be this way.

Yes it has its flaws for sure. But the few developers are very much getting this place better and better with every step. It's just limited time and limited resources.

I know it's not your cup of tea to talk about these modern fangled things on your main channel. But maybe it could be something extra to talk about. Because you are making connections here 🥰🥰
