Honestly, I think the media focuses too much on rising sea levels. Yes, they are rising, but by millimeters per year.

Changes in precipitation patterns are driving rising food prices and political instability now.

And the longer we wait, the more expensive this will be to fix. That should terrify everyone with an adult understanding of consequences.

No they don't focus on it enough as well as every other impact. This is happening just as fast as climatic transformations.
