I've been using my own hand-written CSS overrides in a Stylus/Stylish add-on to simply hide all the cookie prompts without agreeing to accept anything.
Almost all those cookie prompts are misleading, especially the ones that present "optional" and "required" cookies. The required ones almost invariably are not actually required for me to use the site.
