My ADHD is so bad I’ll pause a game to look up ingredient combos for potions on my phone and get distracted and spend an hour and a half scrolling Mastodon, Instagram, and watching a #MountainRugCleaning video on YouTube before I realize my PS5 has shut down and I forgot to save.
The people who think “time blindness” is just an ADHDer excuse for laziness or attention have no idea that this shit is actually so depressing sometimes.
You know that feeling where you go on autopilot on your drive home? Multiply that by months or years. It feels awful.

For some reason I thought this was sometime last year but I see I posted this to my site in January. My sense of time is way off these days. LOL I swear I have not taken #Mushrooms but I hope you enjoy this one.
@MarkOnArt My sense of time seems to have nothing to do with actual reality these days. Some of that's #ADHD#TimeBlindness for me, but it seems like a LOT of folks w/out those issues have been having trouble tracking time these past few years. Interesting/odd that that should be such a broad experience. In any case, you're definitely not alone!
