@KimPerales The rent they're planning to charge is more than the mortgage on my four-bedroom house. Housing costs have gone completely insane in the US.
@PalmAndNeedle abeit they charge like € 500 for a 20' container, so OFC they only can do so in a precarious market where students don't have any choice if they don't want to end up homeless...
