Anybody know what this means or how urgent it is?

I was too sick to do a #cardiology appointment so the #HolterMonitor they sent is still in the bag, just get it back to them when I’m able.

Then I get this message an hour ago:

“Our Blood Pressure and Holter monitor has been with you since 13th of March 2024.

We now require you to return it to us urgently to avoid any damage to the internal clock.”

Whaaattt? Nobody told me! I need help to send it back.

“This is one of those studies at ACC that I think is potentially practice changing,” said Kim Eagle, director of the Frankel Cardiovascular Center at the University of Michigan who wasn’t involved in the trial. It’s “a very important landmark study that will change the way patients who are currently managed with [heart attacks] are cared for.”

For reference, when we see this on our monitor in the field the preferred treatment is a diesel bolus aka floor it to the hospital.

This is a classic presentation of a left anterior descending artery occlusion which is also known as a widowmaker because it's the largest vessel in your heart.

I got a heart monitor put on today. I have to wear it for 48 hours. It is not to bad to wear except that the big sticker in the middle if my chest itches like crazy. None of the other stickers itch. So, idk.

I also reduced my beta blocker to 1 pill/day. I'll do this until my body feels no longer totally out of control. That should be 7-9 days, then I'll start taking it every other day. My heart rate is all over the place still but as long as I sit down if I start feeling buzzy in the head, I feel like it's ok. Once the propranolol is totally out of my system I should be able to ramp my workouts up & my system won't be battling pharmaceuticals.

Still weaning myself off the propranolol. I'm uncomfortable but it's manageable. My resting heart rate was 72 yesterday & today it's 78. I've been in bed for 30 minutes & my HR is 92. I was shaky & anxious. Got in a 20 minute walk outside in the sun earlier. It helped. I don't think I could row 5 minutes today. During my walk my HR was high 150s. I can't imagine what a row would do. Tomorrow I'll hop on the rower & see what we get.

Resting heart rate continues to plummet. (It's a good thing.) Highest it's been is 82, 11/16/23. It's down to 74 this morning. Historically it has peaks & valleys- usually high is 79, maybe 80. I can get a low of 69, but usually it's low 70s. Why does it rise? What makes it fall? It is my body just fighting for homeostasis? 82 is concerning. I'm doing everything to be healthy. My HR shouldn't be so high. I wish I could talk to my .

I forgot what a good attitude adjustment a visit to is.
It's also a great exercise for , with all the interconnecting systems and levels of abstraction. I would love to know if anyone has compared Stanford to Boston children's.
I have my own theories as to why they differ in the way they handle user experience.

Simple Mouth Rinse Could Reveal the Earliest Warning Signs of Heart Disease (scitechdaily.com)

Researchers discovered a connection between elevated white blood cells in the saliva of healthy young adults and an early cardiovascular disease warning sign. What if detecting early indicators of cardiovascular disease was as simple as analyzing a saliva sample? Researchers believe they've discove

FDA clears smart toilet seat for home heart monitoring

The seat is now approved to measure a person's heart rate and oxygen saturation

There are numerous medical devices on the market currently that provide those readings. Many of the devices take readings from a person's finger.
