[🧵 16/19] In SGF, two players control miniature physical cowboys inside a plexiglass case and attempt to “shoot” one another. I mention SGF because I've seen several sources state SGF was a direct inspiration on Taito's Western Gun, which in turn inspired Midways’ Gun Fight! (And yes, for the folks keeping track at home, the lineage of names goes Gun Fight -> Western Gun -> Gun Fight).

[I recommend actually looking at video footage of this one, it's pretty "Wild" 🥴 and hard to completely do justice in gif form.]

Gif of "gameplay" from "Sega Gun Fight". It's an electro-mechanical game (not a video game) so it uses actual miniature and figurines and such for "gameplay". Two players control two miniature cowboys inside a giant plexiglass case and attempt to "shoot" one another.
