Please respond by saying what sorts of TTRPG things you're pretty likely to either talk about or respond to if you see them.
This can be a list of games (D&D! Tribe 8! Fate!) or categories (the weirdest of indie stuff! NSR! Anything PBtA!), topics (Worldbuilding! Publishing!), stuff you're making, meta-commentary (The State Of The Industry), and so on.
Then maybe share, and if the replies are building up, check them for new people.
@LeviKornelsen Thanks for hosting—we gotta pump up the community here so the elephant can trample the ex-bird.
On here I'm likely to talk about indie games, but I do still like #DnD, for all its corporate and design faults. Some favs are #ForgedInTheDark, #Fate, and #WhatsSoCoolAboutOuterSpace. But I love anything that is trying to do something new while also being recognizably a #ttrpg. (Some of the more experimental stuff is a little too out there for me!)
Everybody has white whales when it comes to running #TTRPGs. Mine is, surprisingly, #BladesInTheDark. I absolutely love Duskvol's aesthetic (Thief and DIshonored are my favorite video games of all time). Running #ForgedInTheDark comes naturally to me. But when I've run it, it always seems to fall a little flat. I don't know if it's my expectations (nobody has ever complained) or the players aren't as in to it as I am. Maybe I just need to play in a BitD game.
@rivetgeek I was hoping to find & play in a #ForgedInTheDark game this year at GenCon for this exact reason, but alas there are surprisingly few that I could find, and they all filled up lighting quick 😅
