    Whereas I'm convinced most people that use phones can dial emergency services on a regular Touchtone keypad and even abled people can do it...

    I mean those boxes are like €50 and a desktop GSM phone is like €100 with battery for WEEKS (!!!) of standby and DAYS of calling time...

    A Motorola FT200L "Desktop" GSM Phone which looks exactly like a landline corded phone but only with power cord instead of landline, an external Antenna and a Display showing the Network name and Signal Stenght. Basically a "Stupid Phone" in the form factor of a landline phone...
