In today's "Moments of October: Sky and Water Merging", you will find a couple of haiku from a garden, wisdom from Zen Master Hongzhi, Basho's playful moon haiku, a cup of coffee, a bunny, and a sumi-e painting.
In today's "Moments: A Ladybug Leaps into the Sky", I reflect on the joy of the precepts we take in the Zen tradition. You will also find a few haiku, wise words from Dipa Ma, and one silly piece about cloud thieves. You perhaps met one of them too!
elder's rest
nothing but the sound
of shifting sands

Inspired by the autumn season, in today's "Moments: Mist among grasses" collection, I contemplate falling leaves. You can also find a gentle reminder to examine narratives, a quote by Huang Po expressing his understanding of the Buddha-Nature, a piece of sumi-e painting, and as always, some haiku.
I hope you're well. In February, I spent some time with the website maintenance, and now am back with new content. Starting a new month with another "Moments" collection titled "Phantom Flowers".
