@Deus Interesting. Corn is wind pollinated (its a grass). But a little searching shows that bees forage in corn fields, especially if pickings are slim elsewhere in the area. So I learned that!
Fuuuck. The airline changed my connecting flight coming home from Indy in August from being at a good time to departing 8 hours before my first flight arrives. I booked everything though Hopper and luckily got the missed connection insurance, because getting hold of anyone at the airline is impossible. I may just have to fly on the day, invoke the missed connection guarantee, and get a new flight booked then. But it's stressful as hell. Luckily it's coming home and not going, maybe?
Though I've been drifting away from #DND5e for a while now, it's still feels really weird to be completely uninterested in the latest releases. I mean, not even a twinge of FOMO.
@libraryogre@bedirthan@Tim_Eagon@dragoncrown 3.5 was the worst. Though at one time, you could die in Travellers character generation. Which is the most extreme example of losing character generation
@bedirthan Yeah, that's the more common. Were you able to see the Auroras? We've not managed a good luck yet.
I will say since moving to Maine, that I can see the Milky Way again. Due to light pollution in North GA, I hadn't been able to see it for some years prior.
@bedirthan Heh. I hadn't even noticed that. Let me track down that lake, and see if I can find some history on it. That picture is from mile marker 252 on Highway 95 in Maine.
