Is there a way to watch tonights #sounders Open Cup stream without signing up for shitloads of spam? (It seems the mls and ussoccer feeds come with strings attached.)
Seeing my latest blog described this way makes me so happy.
Dave Clark said goodbye to alignment and hello to short-form personality. He is absolutely right that bonds, etc., can often be reduced to a single word.
In the same amount of words it takes to list a single 2014 #DnD character's official personality I was able to list the six characters, their origin fiction and their personalities.
I received an annoying jargon-y email pitch at 8:01 a.m. (Pacific) from an Atlanta-based vendor selling software solutions in search of problems to solve saying that they had just tried calling me at my office.
I rarely respond to vendor cold calls. But if I did, trying to track me down at the office before 8 a.m. is unlikely to be an effective marketing and sales strategy.
Credit where it's due, it's a relief that DnDBeyond has confirmed #DnD's 5.5 edition will be included in the Creative Commons SRD. This will be a net gain for the #TTRPG hobby, whatever WotC/Hasbro have planned to leverage profits from their famous brand.
We're still waiting on the promised 3.5 rules CC SRD as well, though.
What if dragons came in broods like cicadas?
Every Y centuries a brood returned.
Brood 19 and Brood 37 overlap next year and your people are very, very worried. #DnD#WorldBuilding#TTRPG
Why should you learn about other games even if you are only going to play #DnD
Because listing to @MasteringDnD review of Daggerheart helped me break my thoughts on how to break Alignment and TIBF in a way that amplifies roleplay and character personality.
