Donut,

They call it a yacht themselves www.oceancare.org/en/…/gibraltar-orca-attack/

Not that that is the point. But such a boat still puts you back 200k, hardly a working class toy

Donut,

Gnarly! Did you print this? I’m looking into a bird feeder with a bird bath but choices are slim.

Donut,

Thanks for the link! I saw those but I was hoping to get a cohesive unit. Regardless, I would be interested in the file! It looks sick :D

[request] Help finding a space movie

An astronaut crash lands on an elongated asteroid with extremely strong gravity. He manages to crawl away from his ship and finds that the gravity in the middle is normal and the gravity at the far end is reversed. Time is also affected by gravity and goes backward at the far end of the asteroid. His dog was injured and he...

Works on sync for me

Edit: wait it doesn’t. It’s missing the ) at the end of the URL

Donut,

I’m appalled at the thought of microwaving chocolate, but I will admit I never tried.

I put it in a bowl that fits neatly over a pan of water that’s on low heat. Chocolate doesn’t need to be heated much to melt.

Donut,

How cool! Hopefully the weather will be good on you, as well as the French hills. Coincidentally I’m in Paris too around that time, crawling the city center as a proper tourist.

Donut,

Why would Valve delist a game? Can you elaborate on what kind of speculation was made?

Donut,

It’s as you say, they can’t really comment on what happened because there’s an investigation going on. Based on the outcome of that, I think it would be time to support or condemn Joost.

And those rumours would happen anyway. Clickbait drama outlets gonna be clickbait drama outlets.

Donut,

First ever open well game!

You can either love or hate dunkey’s style, but the fact that he published this game should mean something. Picking this up as soon as I can, it looks gorgeous as well.

Donut,

Only on the beta branch at the moment, so if you’re on a different storefront you can’t get an early peek.

Perfect excuse to start over for me. Even though old saves should be compatible, but with early access YMMV

Donut,

Yeah it’s so cumbersome, especially if you forget data being on.

At least you can bookmark the second QR code because it’s always the same IP address. So once you’re connected you can just directly navigate to 192.168.0.1/index.html and you’re in.

Donut,

Again, it’s simply faster to turn off data and scan the QR code than it is to force my phone to connect to a network that isn’t connected to the internet.

You have to connect to the network in order to transfer anything, so what do you mean? I’m talking the second QR code that’s simply a link to the IP address I linked. I can just open my browser (after being connected to the Switch’s WiFi) and type a 1 to let it autofill to skip scanning it at all.

Donut,

I did. Those usernames are too distracting and shout “look at me!”, so I’m filtering all of them.

Donut,

If Magnussen can defend fairly who’s to judge what his reasons are?

But he didn’t and got penalties to show for it.

Donut,

I thought all green texts were made up?

Interactive Loading Screens - High Hell

Developing interactivity is effort and an investment. Most developers put up a simple loading screen, maybe some text like rotating tips, and a loading indicator. Until 2015 a patent on interactive loading screens may have made developers and publishers cautious and decide against developing interactivity....

Donut,

Phantasy Star Online Ep. 1 & 2 has two loading screens where you can manipulate the location or speed and angle of the visuals on-screen. Not super interactive but enough to make the loading times feel less long

Donut,

Username checks out. But they are very different games.

Donut,

Lol that sounds like a coping mechanism. This picture is at the border, you can check for yourself: 51.245554,4.036692

Donut,

What features would Godot need for you to feel like it could replace UE?

Keurig's new K-Rounds coffee pods are plastic-free and could finally make single-serve coffee-making sustainable (www.techradar.com)

This is quite exciting in that it removes plastic waste. I see no reason why different companies can’t make different shape ones to maintain their lock-in. I expect a knock-off market to pop-up, but that exists with plastic pods too. It’s a step in the right direction at least.

Donut,

Senseo is everywhere in the EU. Personally, I rank it below homemade filter coffee though.

Donut,

I should have been a bit more clear, I meant putting your phone on silent and still wanting to be able to call each other / ping each other to make a noise.

THAT use case is pretty rare.

Donut,

Didn’t say they fix them for free because of wanting to do good. The alternative would be small claims or lawsuits because or broken hardware, so preventing a loss or revenue
