It’s disgusting what a success his Netflix series is. The whole thing boils down to “archaeologists are wrong because I say so and you can’t prove otherwise.” Minuteman (an archaeologist) has a good series of debunking videos of the Netflix show on YouTube, which are worth watching if you have the time.
Are you familiar with this (very small) chain? We didn’t buy anything- none of us loved jerky enough to pay what they were asking for- but it was tempting. Kangaroo jerky? Camel jerky? Snapping turtle jerky? Very tempting.

There’s nothing dishonest about it. They were visitors. They were destroying ancient rock formations at Lake Mead. It was entirely factual. They don’t need to be given the epithet of vandal before that has been decided in court anyway.
