He never will be. It’s unlikely his personal views on abortion ever changed back in 2019. Prior to that he was very conservative on abortion.
The best you can hope for is that he keeps his mouth shut and signs any potential legislation that goes before him. But he’s certainly not going to be pushing for it.
Fun fact… the original purpose of public education was to indoctrinate kids and suppress dissent while also making a (modestly) educated/useful workforce.
