Eating plant-based, even if you only do it "more often" and advocating to do so is really great, but has little to do with going #vegan and rejecting speciesism.

@janneke yes, like you say to your child 'I'll reduce the slapping - don't worry'. You either support an injustice or you wake up and stop doing it completely.

Afgelopen donderdag hadden we onze #startersdagen voor nieuwe studenten in de opleiding waar ik bij betrokken ben. Je zou denken dat die allemaal opdagen, tenzij één of andere overmachtssituatie. Ochtendsessie: ~50%. Namiddag al iets beter, ~60% schat ik. Ik begrijp dat oprecht niet. #kuleuven#universiteit

Going vegan is to refuse to participate in the legalised violence against those that are deemed socially inferior and have no means of defending themselves against injustice.
@po3mah@lyre we cán convince people - it happens day in day out. Try deep canvassing method. I even made a man vegan that lives in heavy meat/eating Texas. Just keep the patience, and plant seeds. Nobody goes vegan on the spot, or rarely. We need several tactics.
I also made my husband and daughter vegan. I will never give up, for the animals. 🙏🏻

Gelukkig nog n afspraak kunnen maken bij de huisarts.
2/2 Dingen in je hoofd horen, zoals vb pieptoon bij #tinnitus of eigen stem of ademhaling bij autofonie, kan zeer belastend zijn. Zelf heb ik regelmatig (periodes) last van #autofonie, maar helaas ken ik geen enkele lotgenoot.
Dat het volgens mij niet zo vaak voorkomt, bewijst deze FB groep volgens mij.
Bestaat bijna 5 jaar, ik ben nog steeds het enige lid (en de stichter vd support groep)
Wie wil dit aub #delen, wie weet kom ik toch nog lotgenoten tegen! 💘🤞🏻🍀

Verder hoor ik wel eens dat de Eustachius buis mogelijk geopereerd kan worden, vb als ie dicht blijft, maar verder durf ik daar niet veel over te zeggen.
Mijn oom heeft Meniere, die is daar ook van geopereerd.
Er is ook weinig onderzoek, bijna niks. We zijn wellicht toch met te weinig of komen er niet mee naar buiten(?)🍀
@fdlk yes there's an important difference between best before and expiration dates. I wondered if tea in teabags might get bad quicker because of their way of being packed:) guess I'm safe to drink tea with an expiration date of 2020...perhaps it might get musty earlier but I would smell or taste it for sure.
