Seeing the other post here about YouTuber that went downhill and seeing content creators I am familiar with makes me sad. But how about those that still makes great, high quality content?
Kind of a trend, the amount of youtubers who i had loved but their content became generic after gaining popularity is quite a bit, most drastic one being mrwhosetheboss, his uniqueness went down faster than MH27 MH17
This is definitely not true. Rooster Teeth has been producing some of their all-time best content since covid (speaking as fan since 2012). They just pivoted to primarily making podcasts, and most of their podcasts are awesome and high-production quality without feeling inauthentic. F**KFACE and ANMA are especially good for old fans.

I only bought wireless headphones because the Galaxy Note 10 didn’t have an aux, and required their own overpriced adapter to connect through USB-C. I bike a lot while listening to music and hate when the headphones run out of battery halfway through my ride.
A game that is actually built and formed by its users outperforming one designed by an alien billionaire that doesn’t understand people. Colour me surprised!
I felt major Snow Crash vibes the first time I tried VRChat. Some of the servers are totally The Black Sun, without the hacker-programmed bouncers. But it also felt like a lot of the people were there escaping a reality they couldn’t deal with.

I really hope that Villeneuve will get the chance to turn all the books into movies. He gets the vibe of Dune, and the last two books would make for some epic films on the big screen. But to get those made, Villeneuve would first have to do the impossible and somehow turn God Emperor into a movie that wouldn’t tank the franchise.
What are you on about? First you’re calling competition an emotion, then you’re claiming “science” has declared certain emotions “better and more adaptible”. Can you try to explain your point again when you’re sober?

Copenhagen. Best city in Europe (with tough competition from Amsterdam). You can easily live there without a car, rent is not too insane and the people are nice and speak perfect English. Just avoid working at Deloitte, because they treat their newest engineers like disposable garbage.
They are famous for overworking and underpaying their staff, especially newer hires. They promised to improve their “unhealthy, stressful workplace culture” a couple of years back, but nothing has really changed. Lots of articles about it if you Google a bit, and I have personally had a lot of friends from university make the mistake of starting their career in Deloitte, Netcompany or the like.
The world is not getting more stupid, cross-generational memory has always been flawed. If we want to give new generations the tools to build a better future, we either need to teach them to learn from our collective experience (history) or to think of consequences ahead of time (futurology and ethics). Otherwise they are doomed to repeat the same mistakes.
Which YouTuber still creates high-quality videos to this day?
