In 2020, Apress published my first book, 'Arduino Software Internals'. My second, 'Arduino Interrupts' was published in Dec 2023. I'm writing another as well as a 2nd edition of 'Internals' to document recent changes.

Good morning fellow Mastos and hello Sunday. Today is a day of rest in the house hunting safari, but no doubt MrsD will deem it necessary to walk the length and breadth of Scotland before lunch!

Today's photo is from yesterday and is a Grey Heron catching small fish, by the remains of the "Old" New Bridge on the River Lossie. There's was a new New Bridge built further downstream a couple of years ago.

Just took Wesley and MrsD for a walk. There are 13 seals on the foreshore at Portgordon tonight. They are well spread out so only a few in the photo.

Oh, Dairy Pics from yesterday! I've never seen such happy cows, and the cheese was sooo good!

Good morning fellow Mastos and hello Saturday. Today is the 27th anniversary of MrsD and myself. As MrsD would often say "I'd be out by now, for murder"! 😉

I have no idea what we will be doing today. We should be travelling home, but much indecision on MrsD's part, re houses, means we could be here a wee bit longer. Hopefully, your choices for today will be better! Have a good one, stay safe, have fun.

@Steampunk_Prof It's more a 'haar" than fog. Cold as well as damp! But we've had a wander along a couple of beaches which has pleased Wesley no end.

It is a very nice area where we are, but the Airbnb is a bit (lot) of a hovel. Not very nice, and not very clean. I fixed the drain under the sink last night as I let the dishwater out of the sink, I got wet feet! Pipe was out of the top of the U bend.

A day of rest, hopefully and it is possible we will be making an offer, once we get a Scottish solicitor. Unless MrsD changed her mind or over thought things in the night. She's currently snoring like a chainsaw, or that could be Wesley! 😉

@mike I would like to leave them as they are, but MrsD,who demands to be in charge of the washing machine, wants them inside out. Not to protect the graphics as my shirts are printed, not transferred, but to make them hang better when drying!

Her late mother was the same.

Good morning fellow Mastos and hello Thursday. Just when you thought it was all over, MrsD want to go house hunting again today! Two new builds to view this morning.

We were at friends in Keith last night and immediately on arrival Wesley disgraced himself by attacking their whippet, Wally. No reason for it, but Wally was not happy at all. Wesley was tied up outside for the evening. Silly bugger!
