  2. Dancing, we waltzed and it felt like actual dancing for a bit

  3. TDs delight at Eldest AND Youngest both being here! She kept jumping up at my knees then looking over at one of the kids then the other and then trying to herd me towards them, tail wagging the whole time.

  1. Dancing. For the first time it actually felt like we were properly dancing together, instead of attempting to dance and tripping over each other

  2. Online craft evening with friends

  3. I got new jeans, and they're a UK size 12 (US 8 I think)! Being smaller really helps with my pain levels, and means I don't get as exhausted as quickly. I also get fewer flare ups. I was totally shocked to discover how small I'd become though!

I watched Die Hard for the first time today.

My thoughts:

  • There is only one likeable character in the whole film.

  • Alan Rickman really was excellent at playing sinister.

  • Now I've seen it, I never have to watch it again.

  • I simply do not care about its Christmas status.

Atop being tired at the moment, I’m feeling a bit blue after listening to a podcast about amphetamines yesterday.

It was interesting, but really did highlight how is actually a societal “disorder”, and how much it fucks me up because of what’s expected of me. Left alone with no expectations to earn enough money to live, my ADHD would barely affect me.

But here I am, struggling to keep up, because people with a lot of money want more of it.

I need to be my own boss, but don't have the organisational skills for the admin involved.

I need to be my own boss - with a PA! Ha! Sorted it.
