Rhynoplaz,

Wha?!? Are they implying that she was hired for her allegiance and not her ability?!? By Trump?

I’m shocked.

Rhynoplaz,

I wouldn’t post the login for random people to copy and paste. Still do all that other stuff to remove all traces of yourself from the account, but ask around and talk to people and when you find someone you want to offer it to, send it discreetly.

Rhynoplaz,

That’s an odd design for a prison jumpsuit.

Rhynoplaz,

I heard that Lemmy was recently seen with the hacker 4chan!

Rhynoplaz,

Gasp! It’s actually imposter imposter syndrome!

Rhynoplaz,

Woah there buddy. As someone who is high all the time, I take offense to that.

Rhynoplaz,

I’m not sure, but what you guys think about a soup restaurant called See You Ladle?

Rhynoplaz,

I’ve always found that when thinking about soup, it’s best to let it stew for a bit.

Rhynoplaz,

I’m not sure, but did you know that America and Britain were at war in the islands between Washington and Vancouver because a British pig was shot when it was caught eating an American’s potatoes?

Rhynoplaz,

That’s all anyone’s ever wanted anyway!

Rhynoplaz,

I’m a speeder, but only because I want to be driving as little as possible. Driving is the bullshit that occurs in between the other things I need to do.

Rhynoplaz,

Classic white boy mistake.

Never end with a hard R.

Rhynoplaz,

North America wasn’t even on my radar! I suspect anyone who’s worked in the industry thought non-alcoholic by default.

Rhynoplaz,

OP DID mean North America. I’m just a passerby that associated NA with Non Alcoholic. I also associate NR as meaning glass bottles, but I don’t know if that’s industry wide, or a local abbreviation.

Non alcoholic beers use the same bottles as regular (for the most part, there may be exceptions).

Rhynoplaz,

I didn’t have a problem with the question, but I really have a problem with this comment.

It’s like an insurance policy for assholes.

All I hear is: “I just said a thing, and I think other people might find something wrong with it, so I’m going to preemptively insult anyone who calls me out, so instead of listening to why my statement might be problematic, I can say ‘See! I was right!’”

The bygone era you speak of, wasn’t freedom to talk about anything, it was a fear of standing up against the norm. It was a time of silently allowing assholes to spread hate because defending the outcasts would make you a target, and I say farewell and fuck off to that era.

Rhynoplaz,

You didn’t HAVE to prove me right, but I appreciate that you did. A lot of people wouldn’t have done that. Thanks.

Rhynoplaz,

I also appreciate that.

Rhynoplaz,

You’re not wrong at all. On any of your points.

It’s a really difficult console to go back to. The peak of the N64 was one of my personal video game peaks. I was in high school and staying up all night at a buddy’s house playing GoldenEye was the BEST.

Many years later, I tried to scratch that itch and buy a used console and some games. We played it for maybe a week, but it was rough, and we didn’t really get any value out of it.

It’s hard to describe how disorienting Super Mario 3D was the first time I played it. 3D open worlds were very new and we were discovering it in the only way available, with a three handed controller.

Now that 3D games have been refined, the N64 looks like a hot mess, with very few actually good games, but at the time, it was like an experimental space craft going to new worlds, we learned how to work it, and we appreciated the ride!

Rhynoplaz,

Totally agree on load times. That was a major factor in me sticking with Nintendo over PS during that time.

Rhynoplaz,

One night we were making oatmeal butterscotch chip cookies, and I dipped a Frito corn chip in the cookie dough.

We decided to only make a half batch of cookies and used the rest for Frito dip.

Yes. We were high.

Rhynoplaz,

If they want a little variety, I’m a 6’2 hairy white man.

Rhynoplaz,

What a corporation wants to do with its finances in the privacy of its own bedroom is irrelevant!
