If Agility is the ability to respond to changes in a meaningful way, a huge part of that consists of the time it takes until this response is in the hands of the customer so that a feedback loop can form.

If that's true, what's the value of Discovery Epics or Stories, Spikes, Dual Track whatever...

@bbak The fastest version of “something small” is to me a prototype. Even a paper one! I LOVE inviting users to a . Within a design sprint you can validate several ideas and iterate with just a few days.

Kennt sich hier jemand mit dem aus und könnte mir erklären was die Rolle von dem Tool ist? Keine der Kitas, die ich kontaktiert habe scheint damit zu arbeiten. Meistens kriege ich die Antwort „Schreiben Sie uns eine Email. Am besten ein mal pro Monat. Wir führen eine Strichliste.“ Laut Kitanavigator scheinen die meisten Kitas freie Plätze zu haben. Wenn man anruft, heißt es „frühestens ab Herbst 2025.“

Please, do not start your decision making processes or tickets with solutions.

Start your processes describing the problem you want to solve and the expected outcome. Let the team - people who will implement it - define the solution collaboratively.

If you (manager / boss) define the solution and expect the team only to implement it, you are just a and not an empowered, agile team. This is in name only, a superficial one.

Today, celebrating , I would like to highlight the story of Lise Meitner, "the German Maria Sklodowska-Curie“.

In 1938, Meitner and her nephew, Frisch, discovered nuclear fission. However, Meitner did not receive the Nobel Prize for nuclear fission in 1944, which was instead awarded solely to her colleague Otto Hahn. This decision has been widely criticized by scientists and journalists as "unjust".

Almost 105 years ago, in November 1918 Polish women were granted the right to vote. Poland was among the first countries to achieve women's suffrage.

Countless Polish heroines made it possible for us to take part in today‘s election, so DO NOT WASTE this opportunity and VOTE!
