Yesterday was our 6-month wedding anniversary. This is our second marriage so we don't make a huge deal out of these things, but I did want to publicly recognize it and say that I've never been happier spending 99% of my time with another human being. She's just the best.

I've been sleeping like shit for the last 3 months. Falling asleep isn't as much of a problem as staying asleep. I will wake up at 3 or 4am and not be able to go back to sleep.

I mean Benadryl works for me good 6 hrs. Or alcohol. But those are roads I personally don’t go down when I can’t sleep.
