    Hey there, this option exists under Sketch’s General settings, because the last thing we’d want is to be user hostile! This makes all shortcuts and menu options perform the operations you’re expecting.

    Sometimes I wish I had made @mastowatch a subscription so that I could more easily justify building features that have a recurring cost to me. I’ve tossed around adding things like Mastodon instance reviews and ratings, even just basic thumbs up and down, but I couldn’t justify the backend server costs with what the app makes right now. What apps like Apollo did, where there is one time charge but then a subscription for even more features could be an option 🤔

    1. You're opted in automatically. Opting out requires action.
    2. ONLY team/organization leaders can opt out. Do you, for work reasons say, do work on someone else's org? You're at their mercy.
    3. "This setting doesn't apply to files in personal drafts, where AI features are always enabled"

    @joshua @whakkee Good morning Sketch friends.

    Is there a way to view Sketch files in a read-only mode, just to see the design. I don’t want to edit or do anything advanced (like inspect properties) I just want to see the contents of the file.

    Something akin to a quick look or preview?

    Perhaps that’s asking too much?

    In answer to your question — the simplest way to achieve this would be to detach the edited instance and paste the contents of the now-expanded layers into the Source symbol.
