Agree, the soft tip earbuds always fall out of my ears/donโt have a good seal. I couldnโt find ANY decent alternative to airpods, Iโve been using my airpod 3โs for over a year for 8+ hours a day. My biggest EV doubt is that everyone living in a condo/apartment doesnโt have the option to install charging ports in their own parking space, so plug-in EVs are a terrible option ATM. Iโll get on board when I see the change happen but knowing landlords Iโm doubtful.
I switched to Pop_OS and itโs honestly been great even with an Nvidia card. Havenโt found a game that it wonโt run, only thing Iโm missing is lack of gsync/HDR support

Hi all, I bought a gaming PC with the intention of installing Linux to play recent games. I chose AMD for the GPU because I know the drivers are more optimized on Linux....
I decided to install LM Cinnamon as the main OS on my new PC, and I canโt get GOG Cyberpunk to work for the life of me - tried Lutris where it doesnโt launch at all, and Heroic where it launches but has no sound. Iโm ready to give up and go back to Windows at this point.
I jumped right into Mint without trying other distros because I was coming from Windows, and it sounded like Mint is the least-needy next step. But my experience so far has been: If itโs not easily fixed with a version upgrade/downgrade, itโs not getting fixed. There are lots of forum posts to look at for guidance, but the fixes are always really specific to the OPโs system and not applicable to mine. Iโve seen a lot of people on Lemmy using Pop!; maybe Iโll try that next before giving up completely
