I have just learned that an Andy Ngô and Libs of TikTok follower has publicly threatened to hang me and my entire family. The threat was posted on Twitter/X on March 30, 2024 and says:

“We're going to hang you and your wretched parasitic family. Very soon. Civil war coming to your door. HOORAH!”

This comes after a concentrated harassment and disinformation campaign targeting me from Libs of TikTok AKA Chaya Raichik and Andy Ngô themselves.

If you think I’m being paranoid, there are Nazis who animated images of me being lynched that falsely claim online that I’m suicidal. If I get lynched, that will be the cover story. I’ve already seen proof that the DA and police will fabricate info to justify fascist attacks on me.

Andy Ngô trying to portray me as a scary terrorist while also posting images of my bloodied up face after his own followers beat me up in an alley kind of betrays the initial point trying to be made. At least it should, but a core part of fascism is portraying the out-group as both scary enough to fight against but weak and degenerate enough to defeat. See Umberto Eco’s famous essay Ur-Fascism for more on this.

Andy Ngô has incited deadly shootings and Chaya Raichik has inspired over 20 bomb threats against schools and children’s hospitals. They are the ones who are broadcasting to millions of people that I am a “terrorist.”

I investigated Stonetoss from the chatroom angle because picking apart bigoted comics has diminishing returns. He wants people to cite his comics as evidence. Not just for clout. It forced discourse to opine about authorial intent. But now the chats shatter his plausible deniability. I don’t care to debate intent because it’s irrelevant. The impact is increased prevalence of Nazi propaganda. Stonetoss a slur hurling Nazi hiding behind artwork as a facade. Acting like the explicit messages in his work are ambiguous. As an artist myself, I can’t let that slide.

LAPD and the City Attorney have dropped the hate crime investigation into Proud Boys member Jose Paez, who assaulted me and called me a faggot on camera, in broad daylight, and in front of over 20 LAPD officers. This occurred on 8/22/23 at an anti-LGBTQ+ Leave Our Kids Alone march against LAUSD.
