Is there a term for an interlocutor saying the last word of the previous speakerโ€™s sentence in unison with them? Not just occasionally or when the previous speaker is having trouble recalling a word, but nearly every sentence, possibly even when that sentence is not the end of a turn? Iโ€™m looking for articles or research about this out of personal curiosity.

    @amyfou 'stop sharing' implies that they've been sharing them (i don't know if that's what the body of the article says). โ€œNot to share" is a better alternative than "avoidโ€, but maybe "avoid" was the judge's term?

    There's an ice cream truck in my neighborhood that plays an ABSURD assortment of tunes. There are so many and they seem so random. At first it annoyed me, but now I find it oddly comforting. A couple of months ago, a truck with a more "traditional" ice cream tune was tooling around and I felt disappointment. But the crazy tunes are back and I'm happy about it!
