Today (and it's only 8am) was a lesson on how little I know about the internet. I fell into the #neocities hole.

There's just so many cool stuff people create, curate, or just ramble about. Retro vibes are just an added bonus.

For me this one amped up the relatable aspect. I also have a diary where I've redacted a traumatic event that I tend to not think or talk about, and I had to learn how to process it.

I don't blame Murderbot for not knowing how to process things; I'm human and I don't know how to process 90% of things. This read left me feeling emotions, it made me laugh, turn the page with excitement and even shed a couple tears.

Just finished "A Desolation Called Peace." Great book but after reading this and it's predecessor back-to-back, I'm worn out.

Edit: thanks for all the recs so far. For reference, I have read all Murderbot as well as the two wild built novellas by Chambers. I loved both of them.

The Xbox stream today was ok. I liked seeing footage for Ark 2 and Alan Wake 2, but what really got my attention was Manor Lords. New PC game for next year, building + medieval setting 💜
