    Dass der wilde Hund ohne Leine entspannt im Hof liegt, wäre vor einem Jahr noch nicht möglich gewesen. Er hat schon viel gelernt. Und wir auch.

    Gross food experiment

    As you can see from the attached photo, the packet of beef mince has passed it's "use-by" date. The date, "16 Mar" isn't for the day three weeks ago, it is for 16 March 2021.

    Yup, the packet has been in my 'fridge for over three years. I've got plenty of space in my big 'fridge. 😃

    The contents discoloured within a few days of purchase. The colour went from a rich red to the much paler shade shown in the photo. The packaging got sucked-in, but, remained air-tight.

    Ich lese ja immer wieder mal von Resonanz und dass viele Klicks irgendetwas bedeuten und dass deshalb das Fedi nicht so "gut geeignet" sei und dachte gerade an die dreistellige Anzahl Klicks, die meine #Workshop-Ankündigung bei LinkedIn hatte und keine einzige Anmeldung, die aus dieser Ecke kam... Klicks sind eben nicht alles.

    Sagt mal, liebe Fedi-Menschen, Ihr wisst doch immer alles.
    Ich habe im Nachlass meines Vaters ein Ringbuch gefunden, mit 6 Löchern und auf den ersten Blick ungewöhnlichen Format. Das Papier misst 172x107mm und war früher unter "Elba 52505" erhältlich. Wann auch immer dieses "früher" war - kann schon in den 1960ern gewesen sein, oder später.
    Meine erste Suche ergab nicht, ob und wo man dieses Format heute noch bekommt.
    Weiß eins etwas?
