    Microsoft closed an issue I opened in January 2023 without fixing it. Their excuse for closing it was that they hadnt managed to find the time or people to actually deal with the issue.

    I have made them aware that this is not how this is supposed to work.

    Time to murder some policy controls on this corp machine. It’s abundantly clear that the people that wrote these policies have never had to use a computer for anything more complicated than writing word docs and emails.

    @kcarruthers Do the techs share much with you about what they find and do? I would have thought they would do some e2d testing on the line from your house to the node at least. They have tools which can identify whereabouts a fault is.

    Having said all that, im sure there is an element of “just keep fixing it till its replaced with fibre.” I know we talked about this back in November. Did you ever get a loose timeframe from anyone about fibre going in?
