Got a legit chortle out of this gem: "Cmmr Osborne asked how many tickets the TTC actually issues today, and management answered about 100 per week. That number provoked debate considering that there are about 100 Fare Inspectors."

A new Canadian federal party called the "Canadian Future Party" is getting ready to launch.
The interim leader is Dominic Cardy, a former member of Premier Higgs N.B. conservative gov't. Big players include Andrew Coyne, Lisa Raitt, General Hillier, and a collection of Stephen Harper conservative team members.
They are branding themselves as a "voice for pragmatic, centrist Canadians."

The library video streaming thing sends out weekly emails to idiots like me who haven't unsubscribed. They went hard this week and suggested that we all watch "Good Time".

It's a great movie but it's pretty uneasy. I love the library.
