I have multiple family members with major medical problems right now, and it's all so frustrating.

Back in 2000, I was the executive producer of a site called CareGiverZone, and it feels like not a single thing has gotten better since then. It's still every family on their own even though you know millions of people must have already dealt with the same caregiving problems.

@grammargirl I don't think it has gotten better. I've had a series of spine fusions before, during, and post Covid. The quality change is shockingly worse, even 3 years afyer the peak of the pandemic. As my doc says, everyone who could, left medicine. There are huge gaps in care and assistance. I'm sorry that you are in this situation. ❤️

@miki_lou @bookstodon I've had good luck at Abe Books which sells used books. Right now, I'm waiting for a book from India, for example. Also, I use the international library theough my library. Have you tried these? I apologize if you have and they don't work
