Oh, Linnemann und Wagenknecht in einer Sendung. Die Labern beide dasselbe Blech, nur aus verschiedenen Richtungen.

Schlechteste Regierung, Neuwahlen nötig, bla bla. Bin ich eigentlich der einzige, der sich angesichts all der Krisen einigermaßen gut regiert fühlt und akzeptiert, dass es so oder so gerade einfach mal beschissen läuft, alles aber ohne Einwirkung der Regierung noch schlimmer wäre?

@alexanderschnitzler Dachte ich auch @koehnlein. Aber nach www.ardmediathek.de/serie/erns… habe ich das Gefühl das Scholz einfach ein anderer Kanzler ist und die Rolle anders ausfüllt.

ich bin seit der Doku auch etwas weniger anti-FDP. Ich hab das Gefühl bekommen das die aktuelle Regierung doch ein relativ guter Mix ist.

@ankedb Danke für deine ganze Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. Auch die Gelegenheiten bei den CCC events. Es is schön mal einen Einblick zu bekommen der sich offen und ehrlich anfühlt.

Ich konnte bisher nichts zum produkt.gsb.bund.de/Produkt_ne… finden und wäre da mal an deiner Meinung interessiert. Zwei Mitarbeiter*innen vom ITZBund konnte ich nun schob mehrfach persönlich treffen ind es klingt alles etwas zu schön um wahr zu sein (was die Bemühungen um Zusammenarbeit mit der Community und Open Source angeht).

Daher würde ich mich freuen wenn du einen link teilen könntest, sollte ich etwas über sehen haben. Oder wenn du dazu einmal im Podcast was erzählen würdest.

@usox Verstehe nicht wieso es bei sowas eine derartige Validierung gibt. Entweder der login ist erfolgreich oder nicht. Wieso muss ich da vorn noch validieren?

Und bei einer Registrierung ist doch Double-Opt-In standard. Dort ist es also auch unnötig.

hey all. I got a request from someone who shut down his instance. He wrote:

broadcasted a self-destruct signal docs.joinmastodon.org/admin/to… into the federation, which is meant to ensure that other instances de-federate with my instance and delete any references to it from their databases. While this worked fine with Mastodon instances, it appears that Friendica doesn't support this functionality.

And I now don't know how to properly remove his server. I hoped wiki.friendi.ca/docs/tools would have a way but couldn't find any.

How can I remove a no longer existing instance from my friendi.ca installation? Thanks in advance.

I tried out to block the domain, but friendica tells me there is no known server .. is there a way to verify?.

been thinking about this very common git workflow and how git doesn't do much to help you ensure that if you're using this workflow:

a) you never commit to your local main branch directly
b) you regularly pull from origin/main to keep your local main branch up to date

you just need to be careful

branch protection on github/gitlab helps with this, but I don't think there's much in git itself

@Pol Another example is github.com/cjohansen/.emacs.d/… . My issue is I lack the structure. I never reach such deep nesting with my OOP style and my OOP style feels way more structure, creating smaller scopes which is easier to grasp.
But again, this might be coding style and not related to functional programming, as you probably could wrap the current nesting in other functions and use them, creating smaller scopes.
Just wanted to show another larger example.

@erlend Even better move would be to participate in forgefed.org/. I didn't see any mention within their issues. Looks like is trying to build ActivityPub support where it can't fulfill the need. Even while there already are efforts to build upon it and extend for a forge based protocol . Leading to still isolated software instead of distributed where I don't need additional wrapper and efforts.

@erlend @evan as @blake wrote it is an extension to ActivityPub as activity pub fulfils some, but not all requirements. It doesn't know, and doesn't need to know, about patches, commits, issues, for example.

@pixel , @besserwisser I've got my first TYPO3 with Aimeos, and the official statements regarding updateability of aimeos is that they don't care too much about updates but new comers. I'm used to TYPO3 and documented changelogs and tools like rectors. Aimeos has nothing of them. So if you plan to support if over multiple versions, you either need to change as few things as possible, or you need to invest a lot of time and understand the necessary changes. aimeos.org/help/viewtopic.php?…

Aimeos also doesn't integrate too well into TYPO3. It itself is a good system but you can see that they are not in love.

There are other choices like EXT:cart extensions.typo3.org/extension… but I've no experience with them.

Hallo zusammen. Ich habe neuerdings Inhalte in meiner timeline bei denen steht "Wegen gabboman <app.wafrn.net/fediverse/blog/g… abgerufen". Was bedeutet das und wie habe ich darauf Einfluss? Die Inhalte sind von verschiedenen Profilen und kommen wohl alle von der Software " akkoma".
Mich interessieren die Inhalte nicht, und bisher bekam ich nur Inhalte nach denen ich aktiv gefragt habe. Also indem ich Profilen gefolgt bin. Dies ist das erste Mal das Inhalte scheinbar ohne mein Zutun in meine Timeline kommen.
