A question for #Linux#Wayland users. I am running Debian stable with Plasma and my computer was freezing randomly, and very often. Let's say once per day. I was about to start replacing hardware components to find the guilty party, but then I switched from Wayland to X11 and it has been a couple of weeks with not a single freeze. Is it possible that Wayland is this unstable or am I doing something wrong? My GPU is Radeon 6000 if this matters.
@razze I might. But I wanted to hear of anyone else on Fedi will reply with something that I can use. One person already told me that Wayland is experimental on Plasma 5, so I need to check that first. One of the reasons why I am a Linux user is because I can't stand Windows freezing and crashing randomly. Also why I use Debian stable instead of Arch, like big boys do it.
I have a really big wish to create #Amiga related videos on YouTube, but I am having a hard time figuring out the required free time the extra production will take (I already have one YT channel). And everyone told me not to mix topics on one channel because viewers hate that.
@OnceUponAGoblin did you see my Linux channel? What worries me is that Amiga content isn’t a good fit in there and that it would ruin my Linux channel growth and that I should put Amiga content in new/different channel.

If you own a Tesla, your car is covered in cameras that take images reviewed by Tesla employees, who share them with each other, joke about them, and make them into memes.
@evacide That's basically every new car. Even the Renault Twingo, which I drive at work, is always connected to Renault servers that can track my location in real-time. It's the new reality. That's why I own a 2014 Opel, whose highest technology reach is being able to play MP3 files.
@perfect_brains@system76@LinuxRenaissance tbh I prefer that one as well, but the size will be “understandable” in a video, while thumbnail serves to be catchy for people on YT to click on my video. Which, of course, does not mean that the one you picked isn’t catchy. Thanks!
So, I think now is probably a good time to start saving for a PS5 Pro. Nothing crazy in terms of saving, but like, putting $20 aside from every paycheck from now on. Just so when the time arrives I won't have to go digging deep into the piggy bank 🐷💸 #PlayStation#videogames
@eduardochavez I never though about it like that. I usually wait for new graphics cards with no savings and then cry about how pricey they are. :kekw2:
