Accosted in the park by a man dressed primarily in mental illness and filth. Hand outstretched, “Gimmie money. Money. Gimmie money!,” he yells, staggering in his attempts to block my path. I’d call it an attempted robbery, but he didn’t seem to have the physical capacity to engage in combat for being so physically rigid in his derangement. He was easy to out maneuver and moved in slow motion, so I just went around him. My complaint is this kind of thing is common now.

@jake4480 They're cool. You can't tell from the pictures, but one of the reasons I can reliably get one or two half-decent bee pics every time I go out is because the spot I go to is dense with them. For every bee that's in frame, off camera I'm surrounded by at least four or five dozen others of all sorts. So far, I've not had even the slightest hint that one of them was the least bit interested in stinging me.
