idk who needs to hear this but sleep doesnt function like a debt system where you can just catch up on sleep one day of the week and be fine. if you are consistently failing to get quality sleep, the damage is still being done and a day (or a weekend) of good sleep wont make up for it.

if you are having sleep issues, be aware that seeing a sleep doctor is worth it if you are able to as well. sleep apnea happens a lot more than people realize. and yes, you can have sleep apnea without snoring.

ADHD (especially inattentive type) can also at times function hand and hand with sleep disorders (especially delayed sleep cycles)

@taber to be fair, it is just based on proven ancestry and that's about it. religious status doesnt matter and iirc theres no religious authority that enforces stuff. if you have the records to prove it, then you're good to go (even if just for a secondary passport)

@taber im likely eligible for at least 2 but i dont know if i want to deal with the nightmare of finding german family records and dealing with german bureaucracy to get a passport i probably wouldnt even use
