Im (Bio-) Hotel ist mir am Wochenende aufgefallen, dass die WLAN Accesspoints im Flur kleine Geräte aufgeklebt hatten.

Bei näherer Recherche hat sich herausgestellt, dass es sich um Hokuspokus handelt, der den angeblich schädlichen Anteil der Funkwellen aus den WLAN Signalen eliminiert (nach dem Gegenschallprinzip / Wellenauslöschung) und so eine Verklumpung der Blutkörperchen verhindert 🫠🙃

Danke auch für das Granderwasser. Habe mich gleich viel besser gefühlt xD

Wir haben im Büro weiter ausgemistet und bevor es auf eBay/Kleinanzeigen/rebuy landet auch hier erstmal in die Runde gefragt.
Ich hab diverse MacBooks (2017-2019, alle Intel!), Apple Watch 5 und 6, iPad 6 (rosé, 32GB), MacMinis ( 2012-2014, Intel) abzugeben.

Die neueren MacBooks und die MacMini sind vielleicht noch für ein Homelab interessant.

Weil es mir gerade wieder einfiel: Habt ihr zufällig Tipps für USB-C Kabel (A auf C) die keine Daten übertragen? Nur Strom, sonst nichts.
So für unterwegs an öffentlichen USB-Anschlüssen wie im Bus oder Zug.

Hat hier zufällig jemand Interesse an einer Netatmo Wetterstation? Komplett, mit original Netzteil und Zusatzsensor. Der extra Sensor ist unbenutzt.

War für meine Zwecke ein Fehlkauf, daher abzugeben.

Hey fedi, I'm looking for a replacement capacitor for a sewing machine. It's an ERO K4 F1740-325-15. The last two numbers can't be deciphered anymore.
It's 0.025uf, 250V, but so far I haven't been able to track one down, just similar looking ones with different ratings or even more contacts - 3 or 4 instead of 2.
Not sure I can just replace it with something similar enough or if I have to meet the exact rating.

Nutzt hier jemand von euch solfhosted Github Action Runner? Und am besten auch mehrere Runner auf einem Host?
Ich finde einfach keine wirklich funktionierende Lösung dafür, da für die Actions auch Docker benötigt wird. Sprich wenn 2 Actions auf dem gleichen Host laufen, gibt es Port-Konflikte.

Hab jetzt diverse Lösungen probiert, bspw. über sysbox, aber irgendwo bricht die Action dann immer zusammen. "Normale" runner dagegen funktionieren problemlos.

Versuche ein Projekt zu reparieren, nachdem mir ein defekter BMS die Akkus geschrottet hat.
Suche jetzt mal wieder ewig einen Shop der sowohl BMS als auch 18650 (oder 21700) Akkus verkauft. Scheint es nicht zu geben.
Wtf.
(Amazon und eBay außen vor, da kauf ich keine Elektro-Kleinteile mehr weil immer billigster China-Müll)

TIL: It makes virtually no difference if the PS5 is in rest mode or "completely off". That's not because of great engineering that makes the rest mode extremely power efficient. Nope "off" just means technically nothing.

Power consumption in Rest Mode: 1.5 watts.
Power consumption "off": 1.3 watts.

That would take about 200 days to use an additional kWh.

Boah, ist Dropbox asozial geworden. Früher konnte man über einen Klick auf einen Share-Link einfach die geteilte Datei herunterladen.

Mittlerweile wird so getan, als müsse man sich einloggen. Darunter dann ein kleiner Link, über den es doch auch ohne Account geht. Und das 2x.

Ziemlich aufdringlich, nervig und irreführend.
