at the current state of tooling separate composer.json files might be the easiest approach. Probably not the best ...

@sarah is "iconv" or "mb_strpos" actually built in? 😉

It gives a nice overview over what is used.

But usually my codestyle says I should not include functions at all 😁

Hätte Bayern mal mehr Windkraftanlagen gebaut. Dann wäre durch den erzeugten Wind das Wasser verschwunden oder so!!!!111!

Genau solch ein Schwachsinn hat Jahrzehnte den Klimaschutz verhindert - und so ein Quatsch wird immer noch verbreitet.

@peterjelinek Natürlich wird der Boden durch die ganzen Windkraftanlagen trockener! Kann doch jeder sehen. Wenn Wind über den Boden geht, trocknet der aus. Und bei dem ganzen Wind, den die Windräder da produzieren ist es ja kein Wunder, das das alles austrocknet!!!!1111!!!1!!!11!elf!!

Ich frag mich ja dann immer, wer die 250MBit mal "ausfährt"...

Denn das ist ja zum einen i.A. shared. Und zum anderen sind die meisten ja per WLAN unterwegs. Das ist ja so ein bischen wie "Freie Fahrt für Freie Bürger" skandieren, während man in der Ente im Stau steht....

Phun with PHAR: I try to get PHPStan up and running with extensions, but it seems impossible to make PHPStan PHAR work with extensions.

I don't really understand why extensions don't work with the PHAR. It should not really be an issue, right?

Git shall be fast. Having to wait is anoying.... 😁

@ramsey Let the CI contribute to the PR? Encourage people to set up hooks in their IDE? (yes! that even works in vim)

Drive by PRs can be submitted via editing directly in github/gitlab/whatever and then the vithooks won't work either. So having CI submit a fix commit might be the most widely usable thing....
