Me, a normal person: I should get some compressed air to clean my keyboard and other bits and bobs, but buying a can seems wasteful, I should look into desk-compressors, no wait a second, how many cans do I have to buy to make up for the eco footprint of a compressor or hat I will rarely use and will I come out net negative or positive on either approach and can I trust any research on this not to come from one or the other lobby, it’s been years and I should really dust my keyboard.

I don’t know who needs to hear this[1], but yelling abuse at people is not a valid safety practice.

My apologies for adding to the problem, as nothing is more tedious than fedi-discourse on the fedi, but…

…many people think the fediverse has safety mechanisms that it simply doesn’t have and they lash out at anyone who intentionally or accidentally trips over that fact.

You need to build a better fedi, not yell at folks for finding your safety gaps.

@ivory one-handed phone use request: when double-tapping to zoom an image, there doesn’t seem to be a corresponding one-handed feature to unzoom. Double tap again Centers at tap point at the same zoom level. Tap and hold brings up context menu. Double-tap-again-to-unzoom would feel natural to me. 🫶💖
