I have run a dozen or so automated tests on 10 BETA over the last 2 weeks to see which of the remain intermittent and how much so. I used multiple architectures (arm and amd64), finding some tests fail between 10% and 100% (no failures get you kicked out of the club), some from 1% to 10% and even some that fail less than 1% of the time. Pesky !

Scatterplots of test case failures with one having a Y axis 0 to 10 percent and the other from 0 to 1 percent and an unlabeled X axis..

Bad photo due to flashback or something but this is a Heathkit device I've never seen before. It's a 12 to 120 volt inverter, except it's supposed to have a case on top with 2 outlets. I suspect someone got creative and tried to wire extra outlets rather than use an extension cord. Sigh.

Here I am trying to glom together 2 fully loaded 7.5 minute USGS digital quad sheets @40MB each along with a 10MB tiff image, and getting pixelated partway (the initial try with a Raspberry Pi convinced me to move on to speedier hardware).

An audio file scrape question for @dismantl
and the lazy herd, where content is , with podcasts in different places due to multiple years.
Wget truncates a pull after getting a directory list as a file {hmm}, though many good details are cached. I have pulled files from 2 places from clues in the trees.

A Baltimore "Historic" map for the conference, to orient nonresidents. Trail 1 goes from Patterson Park "ova east" straight into downtown, then hooks around to Fort Avenue heading for the national "shrine" of Fort McHenry. A 5-mile hike, one way, though you need to put thought into returning from whence you came (I did it by bus in 2010).
The numbers correspond to imagery, now reachable via thank you, archive.org.
e.g. Science Center in 2010:

I collect old local maps for historic and the ad pictured here shows the map predates U.S. zip codes, having a zone only (the Z in ZIP/"Zone Improvement Plan").
An ad for a bowling alley associated with a US football player. And the phone number has no area code but is 7 digits, including a mnemonic prefix. 'VA' for Valley is 82.

The Theatre has to shrink their costume array due to space shrinkage by building execs. Rack upon rack.

Boxes and racks of costumes left and right to the back wall with a tiny window lit.
