kaotic,

Croc just requires each computer to have internet access.

How do I clear history for a single domain in safari?

I recently converted some internal services to use a Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) with SSL. Previously, I accessed them via ‘sub.domain.com:1234’, but now, with nginx proxying from port 443 to the actual service port, I no longer need to specify the port. However, iOS keeps remembering the port whenever I start typing...

kaotic,

That was my first thought and I didn’t see any website data for this service.

kaotic,

I thought warp speed is the speed of light. Anything above warp 1.0 is faster than the speed of light.

Tesla Cybertrucks Are Rusting Despite Being Made Of Stainless Steel (jalopnik.com)

Despite the recent release of these Tesla EVs — and the little road time they’ve been subjected to — Cybertrucks are already developing imperfections on their body panels, leading owners to debate what’s causing the early signs of rust on forums. From Futurism:...

kaotic,

How did they not foresee this? I mean, leave a body panel out for a few months and see what happens to it.

kaotic,

I get all that, I’m just saying, Tesla should have foreseen this.

kaotic,

Every one is using AI to make funny pictures. This is what they should be using it for. Look at my diff, generate a commit message.

kaotic,

It’s the default on all my devices, works just fine.

kaotic,

This is why my TV does not have internet access.

kaotic,

I’d love a “phone” that was just a mobile internet-connected device. I very rarely use it as an actual phone, primarily just for text, email, and web browsing.

America has lost its f*****g mind. (feddit.de)

Hey, German here. What the f*** are Americans doing at the other side of the Atlantic? Some of you already know this monstrosity. I did’nt. This is a Ford F650 Truck and when I stepped out of my Youtube Bubble I realized, it was marketed as the “biggest, baddest Truck on the road” for the everyday American. Are you guys...

kaotic,

Yep, someone took the commercial truck and slapped a consumer-looking bed on it: www.ford.com/commercial-trucks/f650-f750/

kaotic,

I want an app I can watch shows and be notified when they are available on streaming services I use

kaotic,

EVs also greatly reduce brake dust, as most use regenerative braking under normal circumstances, leaving traditional braking for hard (emergency) braking.

Bud Light brewer is still struggling to sell the beer in North America over trans promotion backlash (apnews.com)

Anheuser-Busch Inbev said Tuesday that revenue growth in most of its global regions was offset by a drop in North American sales, in a sign of continuing fallout from a promotion with a transgender influencer that cost it sales....

kaotic,

I just hate Budweiser, not the company… the product.

kaotic,

I know a guy who’s a multimillionaire. He came up from nothing and always had the mindset that if you have to finance it, you can’t afford it. A few years ago, he wanted to purchase an apartment complex, but was short by something like $500,000. He tried to get a loan, but the bank wouldn’t give him one because he had no credit. Instead, he sold two of his supercars to cover the difference and bought the complex.

kaotic,

He’s just fine…

Samsung joins Google in RCS shaming Apple (www.theverge.com)

Samsung has released a new video in support of Google’s #GetTheMessage campaign which calls for Apple to adopt RCS or “Rich Communication Services,” the cross-platform protocol pitched as a successor to SMS that adopts many of the features found in modern messaging apps… like Apple’s own iMessage.

kaotic,

I’m not a part of any large channels, just private groups with 3-5 people.
