llamapants,

My fiance does this when I’m watching TV and used to get a little offended that I would pause the TV. Then I explained to them that I can’t focus when you’re speaking, so I pause the TV to listen to you and give you my attention. I guess he thought I was annoyed he was interrupting when I would pause it, that is not the case at all. What he says is more important than anything on the telly

llamapants,

No way. A sunny day after a heavy snowfall is one of the most beautiful things in the world. You can see your breath in the air, and everything is quieter, softer. You can hear distant branches snapping under the weight of the snow. There are foot prints from a rabbit, the only thing breaking up the crystal blanket, glistening in the sun like a thousand diamonds. When you breathe, you are taking in Mother Gaia herself and she fills you with a sense of calm, and peace. There is nothing else but you, and the earth. You are whole.

I could use some feedback on anxiety issues.

2 years ago I had had a break down. I started having panic attacks and I would grind my teeth a bit. Eventually I shattered a tooth. Two years later and a root canal that tooth is causing issues due to an infection. I have a check up on it in a month. It’s not really painful, but it’s a grim reminder of all the issues I had....

llamapants,

Perhaps you are feeling guilt or shame about that period of your life. Accepting it as such, forgiving yourself and truly embracing how far you’ve come since then may help alleviate some anxiety you have. I do understand this is harder said than done and these are things I’m currently working through myself. All the best, my friend ❤️

llamapants,

Absolutely! Great point, thank you! 😊

llamapants,

Yeah let’s focus on the kids haircut. Smh

llamapants,

Am from Ontario. Can confirm we still do have bagged milk, judging by the bagged milk currently in my fridge.

llamapants,

Beans, Beans, The magical fruit, The more you eat, The more you toot, The more you toot, The better you feel, So eat some beans with every meal!

llamapants,

Sounds like you need go eat some beans ;)

how similar are other North American countries to USA??

I mean the other 2 countries, Canada and Mexico, how similar are both of them to United States?? Both countries have a similar economy and democracy etc, and I think those two countries share things like supermarkets, stores, etc. I suppose the cultural differences are not a lot, that is very nice.

llamapants,

I take it you’re not from Ontario? Cause Dough Ford is trying to do exactly that

llamapants,

We don’t deserve him. Thank you, Mr. Barone for all you have given us and more.

I realized why I like friendships with lesbians

I’m a middle aged heterosexual man and I’ve been in various circles in my life where I’ve had lesbian friends and acquaintances. I was just thinking how much I’ve appreciated those interactions and how I currently miss having lesbians around me. Not because we stopped being friends, mind you, but due to my dynamic life...

llamapants,

I think she might be Joanna Gaines and her husband, they do home renovations and have a few TV shows on HGTV

Haven't played for a while, what new DLC are worth getting?

I stopped playing around the time the My Wedding Stories pack came out (broken). The High School pack that launched after that was also broken (and as an aging off player who does worldbuilding it is not in the least compatible with my playstyle). Are the new Generations pack and the Horse pack interesting/worthwhile? Or at...

llamapants,

I think it depends on your play style. I personally find the relationship mechanics in Growing Together really fun, obviously it could use some more work. CAS and build/buy items are cute but nothing to write home about, though I really like the tree house.

I’ve played a bit of the horse ranch and it’s a little meh for me, maybe I haven’t played it enough yet. The goats and sheep are super cute, they bounce around every where and I lose it every time. It’s been fun training the horses but entering events are rabbit holes, I wish that aspect was more interactive.

Some new aspirations in both packs, GT has new kids aspirations which I think is fun. There are some new traits in horse ranch as well.

I’d rate Growing Together higher than horse ranch personally there just seems to be more in game play mechanics.

llamapants,

So far I’ve had no issues with the sinks 🤞

llamapants,

I mostly play with walls down and never once thought about the ceiling. I appreciate that addition for those who build though, all in all a pretty good update in my opinion. I’m also happy they fixed the gardening issue but so far i haven’t noticed a huge difference.

llamapants,

I thought you were dunking a chicken finger at first glance.

Enjoy that espresso, looks delicious!

llamapants,

Consider yourself tempted.

llamapants,

Something so evil has no business being this dang cute
